No hard limit on sheet count — ye can merge all sheets as long as th' workbook stays within th' per-scroll upload limit (5 MB without an account, 10 MB when signed in).

Will formulas be preserved?

Data values arr preserved. Formulas, styles, an' advanced formattin' arr not carried over.
