All payments fer XLSX World Pro arr processed by Lemonsqueezy (Lemon Squeezy International Limited), which acts as our Merchant o' Record. Lemonsqueezy handles billing, tax collection, invoicin', an' refund processin' on our behalf.

Cancellation

Ye may cancel yer Pro subscription at any time from th' billing portal (accessible via Me Account → Billing → Manage billing). Upon cancellation:

• Yer Pro access continues until th' end o' yer current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• Ye will not receive a prorated refund fer th' remaining time in yer billing period.

Refunds

We offer goodwill refunds under th' following conditions:

• Within 7 days o' yer first charge: contact us an' we will process a full refund.
• After 7 days: refunds arr not available. Ye may cancel t' prevent future charges.
• Renewal charges: refunds arr not provided fer renewal charges. Cancel before yer renewal date.

Disputes & chargebacks

Since Lemonsqueezy be th' Merchant o' Record, all payment disputes an' chargebacks arr handled directly by Lemonsqueezy. We encourage ye t' contact us first at xlsxworld@gmail.com so we can resolve any troubles before a formal dispute be filed.
