By usin' XLSX World, ye agree t' these terms. If ye do not agree, please do not use th' service.

Service Description

XLSX World provides online tools t' convert, merge, split, inspect, swab, validate, an' otherwise process spreadsheets an' related scrolls. Each tool lists th' formats it supports; these commonly include Excel workbooks (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsb, an' similar), CSV, an' dependin' on th' tool, JSON, XML, SQL, or PDF. Optional accounts add features such as voyage history an' re-plunder o' encrypted outputs. Paid plans with higher usage limits an' premium features arr available; core tools remain accessible on th' free tier. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part o' th' service at any time.

Accounts an' Security

• Ye arr responsible fer activity performed under yer account.
• Ye must keep credentials confidential an' use strong security practices.
• We may suspend access t' protect users, systems, or data integrity.
• If ye sign in with Google, yer account may be automatically linked t' an existing account with th' same verified pigeon address.

Acceptable Use

• Maximum scroll upload size: 5 MB per upload when ye arr not signed in, an' 10 MB per upload when signed in t' a free account.
• Th' service may only be used fer lawful purposes.
• Ye must not upload content ye arr not authorized t' process.
• Ye must not abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt th' platform.
• Automated or abusive usage may result in rate limitin' or access restrictions.
• Without an account you may run up to 20 tool jobs per UTC day; with a free account, up to 200 jobs per day; with a Pro subscription, up to 2,000 jobs per day. These limits may change.

Yer Scrolls

Ye retain full ownership o' any scrolls ye upload. We do not claim any rights over yer content. Yer uploaded source scrolls arr never retained — they arr deleted immediately after yer task completes. Fer authenticated users, th' resulting output is encrypted end-t'-end with a unique per-scroll key an' stored fer up t' 7 days so it can be re-plundered from yer history, after which it is automatically deleted. Ye can delete any stored output from yer history at any time.

Intellectual Property

Th' XLSX World service, brandin', software, an' site content arr protected by intellectual property laws. Except as explicitly permitted, ye may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content.

Third-Party Services

Some functionality relies on third-party providers. Their services may be governed by additional terms an' privacy practices outside our control.

Disclaimer

Th' service is provided "as is" without warranties o' any kind. We do not guarantee that th' service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate. Always keep backups o' yer original scrolls.

Limitation o' Liability

XLSX World shall not be liable fer any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arisin' from th' use o' th' service, including but not limited t' data loss or corruption.

Indemnification

Ye agree t' defend an' indemnify XLSX World from claims, liabilities, an' expenses arisin' from yer misuse o' th' service, violation o' law, or infringement o' third-party rights.

Billing & Subscriptions

XLSX World Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually through our payment partner Lemonsqueezy (Merchant of Record). You may cancel at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods. See our Refund Policy for details.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, especially in cases o' abuse, legal non-compliance, or security risk.
