Refund & Cancellation Policy

Merchant of Record

All payments for XLSX World Pro are processed by Lemonsqueezy (Lemon Squeezy International Limited), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Lemonsqueezy handles billing, tax collection, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the billing portal (accessible via My Account → Billing → Manage billing). Upon cancellation:

• Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• You will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining time in your billing period.

Refunds

We offer goodwill refunds under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days of your first charge: contact us and we will process a full refund.
• After 7 days: refunds are not available. You may cancel to prevent future charges.
• Renewal charges: refunds are not provided for renewal charges. Cancel before your renewal date.

How to request a refund

Email xlsxworld@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Disputes & chargebacks

Since Lemonsqueezy is the Merchant of Record, all payment disputes and chargebacks are handled directly by Lemonsqueezy. We encourage you to contact us first at xlsxworld@gmail.com so we can resolve any issues before a formal dispute is filed.
