Append Workbooks

Append rows from multiple workbooks into one sheet, with file order controls and a custom output sheet name.

Drop or select at least 2 Excel files (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsb, etc.) to appendMax 20 MB per file

How it works

Upload two or more Excel workbooks using the file picker.
Arrange the file order and choose an output sheet name.
Click Append to download a single workbook with all rows combined.

FAQ

Do the workbooks need identical columns?

They should share the same column structure for best results. Mismatched columns may cause alignment issues.

How many files can I append at once?

There is no fixed limit on file count, but total combined size should stay under 20 MB.

Can I control which sheet is used from each workbook?

The tool appends all source sheets. Use the merge tool first if you need to pick specific sheets.
