本隐私政策说明了 XLSX World 在您使用我们的网站、账户功能和电子表格工具时如何收集、使用、存储和保护个人信息。

我们收集的信息

文件处理

Files you upload are processed on our servers solely to perform the requested operation (convert, merge, clean, etc.). Uploaded files are temporarily cached on the server filesystem for up to 15 minutes to avoid redundant re-uploads during your session. After processing or cache expiry, files are automatically deleted. We do not retain, inspect, or share the contents of your files beyond what is necessary to deliver the requested result. Maximum upload size: 5 MB without an account, 10 MB with a free account, 50 MB with Pro.

数据保留

We retain data only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Uploaded files are cached for a maximum of 15 minutes and then permanently deleted. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Usage analytics are retained in aggregate form.

支付处理器

XLSX World Pro 的付款由 Lemonsqueezy（Lemon Squeezy International Limited）处理，该公司作为我们的商家记录方。当您订阅时，我们会与 Lemonsqueezy 共享您的电子邮件地址和唯一用户标识符以创建您的结账会话。我们不会接收、存储或访问您的信用卡号、CVV 或账单地址 — 这些由 Lemonsqueezy 专门处理。有关 Lemonsqueezy 如何处理您的数据的详情，请参阅其隐私政策 lemonsqueezy.com/privacy。

安全

We apply technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. All stored outputs are encrypted at rest. Authentication uses secure httpOnly cookies with short-lived JWT tokens. File uploads are transmitted over HTTPS and cached in isolated temporary storage with automatic expiration. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
